1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of YU laundry services and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

YU provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related garment care services. Services are ordered through our mobile application and include pickup and delivery to your specified address within Baku.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are placed through the YU mobile application.
  • Prices are displayed in the app before order confirmation.
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  • YU does not store your credit/debit card information.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order free of charge before our courier picks up your items.
  • Once items have been picked up, cancellation is no longer possible as processing may have already begun.
  • To cancel an order, use the YU app or contact our support team at +994 55 646 04 84.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will re-clean the affected items free of charge.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved through re-cleaning, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the nature of the complaint.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • YU's liability for damaged items is limited to 10x the cleaning cost of the affected item.

6. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN).
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway.
  • All transactions are protected with TLS 1.2+ encryption.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all pockets are emptied before handing over garments.
  • Inform us of any special care requirements or known stains.
  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
  • Be available at the specified time for pickup and delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

YU takes every precaution to handle your garments with care. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing defects in garments
  • Color bleeding or shrinkage due to garment manufacturer's care label inaccuracies
  • Items left in pockets
